Cancellations and Changes
Need to cancel your flight?
If you booked directly through our website and you choose to cancel your flight:
Please visit Manage Travel to cancel your reservations. Most reservations can be canceled online, however partial cancellations of a reservation will have to be done over the phone. Your chosen fare at the time of purchase determines the applicable fees* you will subject to. Refer to the table below. All refunds will be refunded back to the original form of payment . Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time may result in forfeiture of the full amount of your booking.
If you purchased your ticket on a Third Party travel site or another airline, please contact their customer service department to cancel your reservation.

How can I change my flight?
Had a change of plans? If you booked a Refundable or Freedom fare with us, you are able to rebook your flights either online at Manage Travel or by giving us a call at +1 801-401-9100. If you booked an Escape fare, their will be applicable fees* applied. Refer to chart below.
If you decide to reschedule your flight the same day at the airport, call center, or on our website, you are responsible for these fees:
- In same fare: $39
- In any fare: $99
If you purchased your ticket on a Third Party travel site or another airline, please contact their customer service department to cancel your reservation.
